( December 17, 2013) -- All across the FTC, lawyers are beginning to pack their things and lighten their document collections in preparation for next spring’s move to new quarters in Constitution Center. This move will bring changes both good and bad: much smaller offices but a better cafeteria; less file space but easier access, at least for some, to mass transit. Visiting lawyers from outside will encounter different changes: less convenient parking but a more comfortable auditorium for public workshops. And all of political Washington may see the next chapter in the long-running effort by U.S. Rep. John Mica (R-Fla.) to convey the FTC’s Main Building to the National Gallery of Art....
